How it works

  1. Create a profile

    Choose your role and describe what you are looking for or offering. You decide what is public.

  2. Moderator review

    We review every profile and listing before publication. Providers are checked against the official register.

  3. Search and send a request

    Search by place, hours and type of help. When you find a match, send a connection request.

  4. Get to know each other

    Once the other side accepts, a conversation opens and contact details become visible.

The portal connects people; it does not decide. Eligibility for personal assistance and the number of hours are decided by the competent authority, and you sign the contract with the provider you choose. You are completely free in your choice.
